Good morning
The young boobooks I reported earlier have been heard but not seen in neighbours' gardens here in Fraser around 9:00pm on the last two evenings. Plus I fancy this is the year of the koel with lots of calls in the pre-dawn from I estimate at least three birds. And as I type I can hear two grey butcher birds calling loudly from nearby trees.
