Birds seen this morning at Mulligans Flat - Whistling Kite perched on dead tree at large dam and Intermediate Egret (first record for reserve?) foraging along bank at large dam. Other birdlife at the big dam included 3 Latham's Snipe, 5 Australasian Shoveler, 2 Pink-eared Duck, small flocks of Superb Parrots and at least 60 Grey Teal resting along the dam wall. Also a couple of Shinglebacks out and about.
