Hi, this item from Birds in Backyards may be of interest:
We are conducting a short survey, as part of a student project at Sydney University, to determine how magpies interact with their environment in urban areas.   If you are interested in helping with the study, please access the survey to check the information we need. Each time you make an observation of magpies please submit the information on a new survey, you can submit as many times as you wish.    Thank you for your involvement - we will post an update on the results later this year.
