Another example of the curious habit of Black-shouldered Kites nesting so that the young fledge in winter.

Subject: [canberrabirds] little eagle nest Duntroon location

Hi does anybody know the location of the little eagle nest near Duntroon or any wedge tail nests that were active last year i would really appreciate any info.

PS the black shoulders kite nest at Callum Brae has two chicks about a week away from fledging sham about the park being closed because of the roo reduction but they may still be there after the 12th.

cheers charlie
