Flock of Common Blackbirds

08:45 hrs today I was attracted to a flurry of movement accompanied by much chirping and twittering coming from our large apricot tree. Turned out to be about 8 to twelve brownish birds all jizzed up like female or immature Common Blackbirds, which is what I believe they were. Been watching Common Blackbirds since I was about 15 but never seen them flock before. Incidentally, there was a remarkable number of active blackbird nests in our area last spring and summer.
