Yes that is correct. Also Milburn's comment about timing of vocalisation
is consistent with the text of the COG Atlas. The graph Martin presented
is of course GBS results and indicates that they tend to move away from
the garden areas to bushland settings for the breeding seasons. The
graph Martin presented is also reasonably consistent with the graph in
The GBS Report, bearing in mind that the year is 6 months out of phase
(his graph is Jan to December).

Yes. I have previously mentioned they nested on Mount Mugga in 3
consecutive years but suffered from nest predation on each occasion.
Another point is that the arrival of "Spring" is not a single event.
Some bush-birds are nesting in early July, some Winter "visitors" do not
leave until September, some Spring arrivals do not occur until November.
The COG atlas although a bit dated is good on this sort of thing, if
you're interested.

Scarlet Robins breed in several of the Canberra Nature Parks to my
knowledge. They are very inconspicuous during the breeding season and
rarely sing when they are nesting. In contrast, they are noisy and
conspicuous in Autumn and early winter. I think that they sort out
their territorial disputes before breeding rather than during breeding.
Red-capped Robins are rather similar and where sympatric vigorously
dispute territorial rights interspecifically.
It may be that you will be fortunate enough to have Scarlet Robins for
company right through to the summer.
