Following Nicki's report Mary Gorman and I decided to check out Rob Roy Nature Reserve for the first time today. We had good views of a pair of Glossy Black Cockatoos munching on Casuarina cones a bit after 3pm today . The yellow on the head of one and red under tails of both were clearly visible.

We saw them next to one of the main fire trails at lat 35.48307, lon=149.12069
