Discussion about Mixed Feeding Flocks reminded me of one that I observed while doing my weekly GBS count on Thursday.  The flock consisted of at least 60 birds comprising about equal numbers (15-16) of Superb Fairy Wrens, Yellow-rumped Thornbills, Silvereyes, Red-browed Finches and a pair of Speckled Warblers.  The latter were a first for our GBS and indeed, our records for Jerrabomberra (NSW).
