The Friends of Grasslands are cleaning up woody weeds in the woodland on Stirling Ridge adjacent to Lake Burley Griffin.  This is the site of a large population of the endangered Button Wrinklewort (a small daisy).  They are seeking someone to do some bird surveys, as part of a management plan.

If anyone is interested in doing some bird surveys for them, especially if you live in Yarralumla or walk on the Ridge regularly, please get in touch with Sarah Sharp - contact details below.
