Have they approached COG for a birdlist from our database?   There is at least one record as we had a WW there last year and I recall a number of records of interesting birds seen there a few years ago.  I HOPE that all those sightings were - and any further ones are- reflected in record sheets!

The Friends of Grasslands are cleaning up woody weeds in the woodland on Stirling Ridge adjacent to Lake Burley Griffin.  This is the site of a large population of the endangered Button Wrinklewort (a small daisy).  They are seeking someone to do some bird surveys, as part of a management plan.
