Hey everyone,
I saw 2 STD's in our garden in Chapman. They seemed a bit loved up but I didn't see any mating or any such lasivious activities. I'll keep an eye on them, luckily, they seem to spend most of their time right above our pool.

When Spotted doves have been heard &/or seen in the Flynn & Fraser areas they are usually calling from powerlines or rooftops.
It would be very useful for those gathering information about the species in the ACT & region if observers could mention if the doves are ever seen in yards, gardens, foraging on the ground, their possible diet & their interactions with other species.
Please keep reports and observations coming!
Many thanks
