Many thanks to all, Anthony, John, Andrew, Jack for very helpful
responses- NOT a Treecreeper's nest, but a Varied Sittella.

This morning in Campbell Park nests aplenty.
One query - is this a typical White-throated Treecreeper's nest?
about 5-6 m high up a dead branch.
Half an hour earlier I saw a Treecreeper a few cms from the nest,
but didnt realise there was a nest. On return this small white
throat was visible over the nest cup (but also in vicinity saw
White-winged Trillers.)
Other nests seen occupied (Willie Wagtail, White-winged Chough),
or under construction/reconstruction-mud all wet (Magpie Lark).
