Remember I was complaining about Ravens a few weeks ago?
Well their old nest in the garden next door has been taken over by Australian
Hobbies! My attention was drawn by a whole lot of wittering going on at the top
of the tall eucalypt. There they are in full view doing all the things the
field guide says they should! Best of all, unlike the ravens who have
thankfully moved house, the Hobbies don’t dunk gross stuff in my bird
bath. These are much better mannered neighbours. My GBS has moved up market J
