Thank you for your views.  While nothing is conclusive, the general feeling is that the bird was a Broad-billed Flycatcher.  Both it and the Leaden co-exist in the Fogg Dam area.  This bird was alone so no hint if whether male or female (if indeed it is a B-b).  Enlcosed is another pic which shows the head more clearly.  Any difference of view?
