The first attached photo (taken on my phone) shows the Molonglo where it crosses Briars Sharrow Road as at 2pm this afternoon.  From the water weed hanging off the wire it had obviously been up to the top of the guide posts earlier in the day.  This should mean some dampness in Kelly's Desert fairly soon.

The second image shows some run-off in a paddock bordering Plains Rd that has been bone dry for at least a year.  Further on towards Hiskinstown there was a massive amount of flood debris being tidied up and some fences swept away.

We scored 45mm of rain yesterday but some locals who were cleaning up the flood debris reported that Rossi got 150mm and that most of roads outside that village have been erased.  I'd suggest Tallaganda is hard to access.
