Doesn't make me think of Singing Honeyeater at all, I would suggest juvenile White-lined Honeyeater (M. albilineata). The beak matches that better than your suggestions.

The enclosed photo was taken at Mary River, NT.  I initially listed it as a Singing Honeyeater but later thought it was a Rufous-banded Honeyeater.  But there are features in the photo that do not fit either.  Any views would be appreciated.
