Hi Lindsay,

 

It looks like an immature Banded Honeyeater to me. Pretty sure some of the guides will show this plumage.

The enclosed photo was taken at Mary River, NT.  I initially listed it as a Singing Honeyeater but later thought it was a Rufous-banded Honeyeater.  But there are features in the photo that do not fit either.  Any views would be appreciated.
