Dear Troubled,

Don't you dare dispose of your "duds". They are extremely useful to tease
people with on the occasional quiz night that different COGites have
organised through the years gone by. I will happily take anything you care
to donate to this worthy cause.

The same goes for any COG member who has photos that they consider are not
up to the "Paringa Person" standard. He has already given quite a few to the
cause in the past.

Yours in anticipation,

The Quizmaster ??????!!

My dear "Troubled"

My apologies for not attending to your request earlier, but there is a
huge demand on my services
during the Xmas/New Year period. I've had to give your problem much
thought.
Having such a huge no. of "duds" in your photographic collection suggests --
1 -- that you consider trading in you Cannon equipment for Nikon gear,
I'm sure you won't lose out financially.
2 -- that you perhaps contact my great friend Graeme Chapman for some
lessons in Wildlife photography!!
3 -- that you spend a little more time at home attending to the garden
etc. instead of travelling about the countryside
accumulating an house full of "duds". Your dear wife Gretel, surely,
would be happier with less "duds" about!!
4 -- that you could donate all your "duds" to the COG collection, or the
BOCA people who are always wanting
new images, or perhaps to Paringa Images who needs more "duds" for their
greeting cards.

OR JUST GET RID OF THEM.

Yours in a similar mess - but not quite!

Dorothy Dixs (alias Uncle Stevie)
