Further to Martin's musings on the 'unusual birds' list, a determined bringing to account of all sightings should see the Musk Lorikeet eliminated from it. The 2008 annotation is 'ACT only - nearly off list'. There seem to be a high proportion of teasing non-reportable appearances as described by Kathy and John, and Michael. -----Original Message----- From: Michael & Janette Lenz Sent: Friday, 1 January 2010 9:35 AM To: Kathy and John (home); chat line Subject: Possible Musk Lorikeets in Watson Have also a relevant obs. of possible Musk Lorikeet (unfortunately also only heard several times) in late November 09 from a TSR near Bungendore.
