Seems to be my morning for excitement. A Regent Honeyeater appeared about an hour ago feeding in our ornamental almond along with 3 Yellow-faced and one Fuscous Honeyeater. Sue Matthews and another birdo friend were kind enough to race round and confirm that I wasn't seeing things. As far as I can tell, the Regent is still happily feeding in the almond as I write this.
