My neighbour told me of seeing one in the revegetation site at the corner of Learmonth Drive & Athllon Drive (Kambah) yesterday. Although I agree with Geoffrey, the presence of these birds passing through, tantalizing of increases as it is, is less important knowledge than the breeding territories they sustain. Of course if the Grey Butcherbird becomes a common urban bird, it will have a far greater negative impact on small birds than the myna does.
