When we got to Acacia Inlet Park somewhat after noon the Little
Lorikeets had moved away from the blossom and were feeding in some
densish vegetation in the middle of the car park area. This made it somewhat frustrating to find them as going to the blossom at the tip one could hear them calling towards the dunny but on getting towards said edifice they appeared to be at the tip. Eventually I stopped in the middle to scratch my head in bewilderment and one called right above me! The most I saw at onetime was 3, but they were very active and in dense foliage so could be quite a few more. Thanks for the tip Dan. Martin On Sun, Jan 18, 2009 at 9:37 AM, Daniel Mantle <> wrote:
