Hi Julienne,
These little guys cover quite an area at Norgrove.
I have seen the Soptless Crake in the far left corner as you first cross the bridge from Dawes St. Last saw him mid December.
The Balion's Crake was in the centre area (where the swans were nesting) on 21 Dec and also on 28 Dec under the far end of the bridge from Dawes St admid the dicarded plastic bottles.
I saw the Au Spotted Crake in the centre area half way across the under-water platforms on 14 Dec.
I think it is just a case of being at the right place at the right time.
Cheers

Dear All,
Do the crakes and rails frequent any particular area in Norgrove Park?
Cheers Julienne
