Well isn't that curious. I would have thought the
Black-fronted Plover is a regular there although I don't have statistics. As in
over the years that I have been there, there is usually a pair on the islands
near the car parking area and I saw them on the blitz day 2 months ago.
Two there doesn't really constitute "common" but I certainly have seen
them there much more than not, on my visits there. The Atlas lists Angle
Crossing, just a few km further along, as the hotspot.
