Today we went with ANPS on a trip to a property owned by the Southern Tablelands 4WD club between Jerangle and Bredbo.  It was pretty warm and at rather high elevations (870m to 1196m).  Highlights were SPOTTED QUAIL-THRUSH and a flock of 8 GANG-GANG COCKATOOS.

On the way back home we stopped to do a 20min 2Ha search at Sherlock River (between Jerangle and Captains Flat) where the highlights were a SACRED KINGFISHER and a pair of SPECKLED WARBLERS.  The latter were very aggressive towards me, suggesting as per HANZAB that I was close to their nest.  I don't believe this fits within a definition of "display" so don't believe this was a breeding record.  If others disagree I'd be interested to hear their views.
