I was able to make to several visits on Sunday to the greater
Jerrabomberra Wetland area and like others I did not find the
Drongo. However, in addition to the usual suspects in front of and
to the left of the Bittern hide I watched an Australian Spotted Crake
for several minutes, including a nice comparison with a Baillon's
Crake. The Bee-eaters were a pleasant diversion form marsh birds.
Along the creek were at least one Rufous Fantail, presumably late
migrants.
