Shearwaters & White-Breasted Sea-Eagle

It is not uncommon to observe White-Breasted Sea-Eagle hunting for seabirds. They seem to have a penchant for Short-tailed Shearwaters. Their congeners are also regularly observed hunting seabirds and waterfowl and in the higher northern latitudes carrion becomes an important part of their diet in winter.
