G'day
I have seen White-bellied Sea Eagles take turtles from a fresh water
ecosystem and drop them to open the shell.
I have also observed them eating road kill along the Roper Highway in
the NT.

It is not uncommon to observe White-Breasted Sea-Eagle hunting for
seabirds. They seem to have a penchant for Short-tailed Shearwaters.
Their congeners are also regularly observed hunting seabirds and
waterfowl and in the higher northern latitudes carrion becomes an
important part of their diet in winter.
