Hi,Roger was kind enough to take me out to the place for the Red-backed Kingfishers this afternoon, and the pair were duly found. Other birds inlcluded Diamond Firetails, lots of White-winged Trillers, Australasian Pipits, nesting Willie Wagtails Fairy Martins Magpie-larks and more. I was glad to finally catch up with the kingfishers, they are beautiful birds, exactly (or so it seems) as they appear in the books and photographs. Cheers Tobias PS I have photos as well:) Yay!!:) |
