Hi David!
  Perhaps if it tried a different coloured eye shadow rather than that terrible, mawkish yellow ochre it's wearing now, possibly if it tried a Hot Pink or even say a seductive "Arabian Night" violet would attract one of these "high stepping,look down your nose Ibises".   I'm sure this would do the trick, the one thing for is sure I would change my beautician if it was me.

I forgot to mention, there is also a Royal Spoonbill, in full breeding plumage, in amongst the Australian White Ibis in the colony at Yowani. He was displaying to any ibis that came near him, and looking very cute in his head plumes (but probably just not cute enough for an ibis!).
