A flock of over a dozen Red Wattlebirds flew past my place (Scullin) this morning heading West.

If someone wants to "join the dots" between Jerrabomberra and Wamboin and hypothesise likely migration paths, we have been getting 10s of thousands of mostly Yellow-faced Honeyeaters flying over our place over the last few weeks. Small numbers of White-napes, and yesterday several White-eareds. Today it's been pretty steady flocks all morning (so far) - too busy with snakes and large skinks (Shingleback and Cunningham's Skink) in the garden to look up and count! Ours fly from a south to south-westerly direction and fly north to north-east, mostly following tree lines.
