The Grey Falcon is on the ACT list as a ‘rare vagrant’.  Steve Wilson’s book lists 3 records.  I recall Dick Schodde giving a talk on the species on the basis that it turned up here very occasionally.  There was a report on this chatline last April (at JW).  As to north/south distribution, there are a few, very few, records in Victoria from the last BA atlas, rather more from the previous one, including one south of Canberra on the Vic coast.

A grey falcon in Canberra -- I very much doubt it!!  Climate change not that bad as yet.
