Hi Charmian et al
 
This problem came up on the chat line fairly recently when there were some very pink Sulphur Crested  Cockatoos in Holt .

Somebody suggested too much caratein (or however you spell the stuff in carrots and elsewhere that makes flamingos pink).
I have lots of photos of  the pink Holt cockatoos and corellas, I will send you some off line.
