He was in my neighbours big Tassie blue gum yesterday afternoon in McGinness St Scullin.  Been around for the last month and calls virtually 24/7.

 

The Rainbow Lorikeets have been in another neighbours Silky Oak when the wattlebirds don't chase them off.  Only pairs at time tho maybe 3 or four occasionally.

 

A pair (M&F) of Superb Parrots flew low overhead at Page oval on Friday arvo.

My wife heard a koel near our house in Scullin on the weekend while I was away. We’re only 250m from Paul’s place.

I tend to think it is also the bird that Barbara (in Page) has mentioned and others have reported in Hawker and Weetangera. Or ss that too large a range?
