After reading Marnix's report on the woodswallows and songlarks, I decided to have a quick look at Hall TSR late this morning. No Cockatiel but the other birds Marnix mentioned were present, with the addition of a single Masked Woodswallow. I only saw 10 or so White-browed WS - couldn't find any nests, but I didn't look very hard.

I was surprised to see a Brown Treecreeper - I don't recall people reporting them from here. Is this a regular haunt of theirs? This bird seemed to be alone - I followed it for a while but couldn't see or hear any others around.

cheers

Steve
