& thanks to John Layton for the references. I
wouldn't think it terribly hard to say, ask the security guard to put 4 stakes
in the ground with some tape around it to keep people off it. Whether that fits
in with the resources and priorities of the security guard is another issue. As
for What sorts of things should I be
observing and taking note of? just the usual: dates, what was noticed,
nesting success or otherwise. It could make a 1 to 2 page article in CBN, given
that HANZAB has already mentioned it but it would be worth another
description.
