Bird call heard in suburban Hughes at 4am (while I'm in bed, too comatose to get up and search for the bird). Chuck wee chuck wee chuck wee and sometimes Chuck wee chuck wee chuck quite quietly (ie not far away) and introspectively. Can anyone suggest an utterer for this call, is it the warming up call of some very common sp? -- John Leonard Canberra Australia www.jleonard.net ******************************************************************************************************* This is the email announcement and discussion list of the Canberra Ornithologists Group.
