I was at the wetlands this morning, swallow and martin numbers were down on
what Milburn recorded, still impressive though with good numbers of all
three species present, Welcome Swallows making up the bulk.

Saw my first Latham's Snipe of the season - flushed 2 from grass at the
southern end of Kellys Swamp. Also 3 Grey kangaroos which I don't recall
seeing here before, Reed Warblers in full voice, BS Kite, Horsfield's Bronze
Cuckoo, Yellow-faced Honeyeaters etc etc.
