During my run around Lake Tuggeranong this morning, I passed by an Olive-backed Oriole sitting quietly in a stand of still-bare trees near the north-eastern shore.

And yesterday at Tidbinbilla, 3 Dusky Woodswallows were perching and flying out from the dead tree tops near the entrance to the Koala enclosure. It was also nice to see a pair (m and f) of Scarlet Robins flitting around the trees in the Wetland area car park.
