When I commented on this earlier I had not checked the BA atlas-plus website.  From this, I find that the ACT sightings, when reported, will be the easternmost in ACT/NSW (Steve’s taking the title here, narrowly), replacing ones from the Weddin Mountains (which I take to be from Richard Allen’s meeting with them a few years ago) and Coonamble.  As to Australia-wide, they are further east than one at Lake Nuga Nuga, Q, which unlike Canberra is technically east of the GDR.   However, they will fall far short of the one at Caloundra, right there among all the Victorians on the Sunshine Coast.
