Thanks Milburn, That was most amusing. Truth is
there are other entities around town that go under the acronym of COG. As for
Mark's conundrum, beyond that I don't get the question, I have never understood
why Canberra's postcodes don't start at 1000, to indicate that we are
in the national capital, and not a part of NSW.
