On behalf of COG I have just completed a nomination for Lake Bathurst as an
Important Bird Area (IBA). The nomination request came from Birds
Australia. I have now been asked to nominate Lake George but I need
some help. I am wondering if anyone would be prepared to assist me by
going through all of the Annual Bird Reports since 1980 and extract the maximum
number for each waterbird bird species recorded for each year. I can
provide all of the Bird Reports. From having just completed Lake Bathurst I estimate
the job would take a maximum of about 10 evenings. If you want to
