yesterday (3. Jan.) morning (around 7 h) still about 30+ Noisy Friarbirds at
the Black HE site, including 1 Little Friarbird and also a few Little
Lorikeets. 2 male Black HEs appeared only for a very brief spell, it was
probably too windy for hawking, but also the first time that I heard one
bird calling.
The other obs. of note was a pair of Scarlet Robins with 1 fledgling on the way to the Black HE site. Michael Lenz |
