A pair of White-browed WS were feeding two dependent young by the car
park at Namadgi Visitors' Centre yesterday morning. Also present were 2,
possibly 3, Rufous Songlarks.
At Tharwa Sandwash, among other things, a Swamp Harrier hunting along
the river; another Rufous Songlark in song; one or two Bee-eaters,
Skylarks, Pipits, WT gerygone singing, and a kestrel.

Subject: Mulligans Update 1 - Woodswallow Breeding
Demise
One solitary male White-browed Woodswallow remaining this morning. It
seems incredible, given that several nests had nestlings, that all nests
have been abandoned so readily. The Brown Goshawk nest has three
youngsters that look like they are about to fledge. Still a few Little
Lorikeets around - I counted 6. 1, probably 2, male Black Honeyeaters.

Frank Antram
