Thanks to all the people who suggested striated pardalote, on and off-list.  I should have worked that out, since once mentioned it is obvious - it's stance in particular as well as size and shape is very pardalote.

You are right it is to big for Weebill.
I suggest a juvenile Striated pardalote (note broad wing stripe).
