A pair of Black Honeyeaters seen today by me in the eastern section of Mulligans Flat. The male and female were visible atop a large eucalypt for 5 minutes.
This confirms my brothers sighting of a male a few days ago although I didnt believe him at the time.
The birds were heading west when I left around 7pm. They were first seen by a dam beside the long north-south treeline (white gums) at approx. 149.10.30 and 35.10.00.
Barbara, record sheet will follow soon.
Little Lorikeets still present and some 20 Superb Parrots settling down for the night by the large dam.
Cheers
Marnix
