White throated Nightjar- Curtin

At 8pm last night I briefly saw a nightjar. It was about size of wattlebird, had long squarish tail and long narrow wings.
I saw hawking over the cycle way along Yarralumla ck and it disappeared through eucalypts at the end of Macalister Cr, Curtin.
I distinguished it for Owlet Nightjar by shape and size alone.
