Are back copies (hardcopy) of Canberra Bird Notes available for purchase?
Or are they available in any electronic form eg original Publisher files,
or whatever they were written in? Given the number of times they
are referred to, the huge amount of useful info in them and the central
part they play in storing the accumulated COG knowledgebase, I would
really like to get back issues. New members are at a bit of a
disadvantage in not being able to realistically look up the many
references to CBN articles that occur on this list and elsewhere, and
having access by library (in any location) does not really fulfill that
need/desire.

And to add to this issue, an
index to Canberra Bird Notes (CBN) will be available on the COG website
shortly. New members who do not have back copies of CBN may always borrow
copies from the COG library, either by visiting it or I can arrange for
issues to be available at COG meetings. And I echo Geoffrey?s call for
short behavioural contributions to CBN. Not all our members have access
to this chat line, and not all members who do are likely to remember an
issue aired years before.
