That is exactly where a WBCS - which from appearance could be the same bird
- was recorded at this time in 2004. At that time a Regent Honeyeater was
also about in the same spot, so keep your eyes open.
Is it my advancing age, or were there not a lot more woodland birds about at
that time?

A dark morph bird (see attached) actively gleaning low foliage in NE
corner of first section (ie before CNP and near the big paddock dam)

And speaking of our very own Birdsmith, you may hear him on the topic of
his 'Big Year' on ABC 666 at 1605 tomorrow!! An opportunity not to be
