I would hope they never put 100-HP boats on the lake, but there have been
some pretty powerful craft racing there every year or so. And I believe
that as water skiing appears to be a fait accompli, it would not be beyond
the realms of possibility to have jet skis operating there if certain
entrepreneurs lobby the government effectively enough.
Also, you wrote: "Can someone please enlighten me? Surely the anti
and pro lobbies both know all about this." This indicates that my
opinion is worth diddly-squat. I do not like that.
